Marsha Sinetar began her professional life as a first grade teacher, moved through the ranks of public instruction into the principalship, then District administration, then left to start her own private sector leadership development firm. In her corporate practice, she often functioned as an ombudsman and natural peace-maker, while facilitating dialogue and interaction of new Merger-Acquisition management teams.

Concurrently, she began writing books related to spiritual wholeness (i.e., “teleios” or completion).  Around 2000 she founded The Sinetar (Teleios) Center – her service/teaching outreach (and now audio Archive) related to spiritual wholeness through the contemplative way.

Sinetar’s sole focus during all these decades has been what she calls “the true learning” – in work, choices, life-style and more. To her, this means discovering, becoming and actually being that genuine, wholesome,  creative, integrated self we were created to be and using our inborn gifts to serve both self and others.

In so-called “retirement”, she continues that service through her remote “Dialogue Sessions,” mostly for helping professionals – pastors, spiritual directors, therapists and the like- with a heart for these ideas.
